300 grams of cornmeal (2½ cups)
1 pinch of salt
1½ cups of warm water
1 cup of chopped cooked nopales
1 cup of refritos beans
300 grams of chicken breast cut into cubes

½ chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chile serrano chopped

Ingredients to make chicken huaraches:

1. The recipe of chicken huaraches begins preparing the dough, so that it mixes cornmeal with a pinch of salt and 1 cup of warm water to form a dough. The dough should be soft and slightly wet.





2. Take a dough portion of about 50 grams, bowling it and, with the help of a roller, extend it until it is about 5 mm thick and has taken an oval shape.





3. In a hot comal, place the huarache and cook every side of 2 to 3 minutes or until it looks slightly roasted.
