Cherry tomato skewer recipe, cheese and basil

For a fast, easy and healthy pecking, nothing better than these skewers shields that I bring you this time with recipes. They are made in a jiffy, they are very aromatic and even tastier, light and very lucid. I prepared these cherry tomato skewers, cheese and basil for my husbands birthday appetizer and neither one was not left over. Even my little nieces gave good account of them :), and there are few combinations comparable to that of tomato cherry, mozzarella and basil skewers. Nothing more is needed or, at most, a splash of a good extra virgin olive oil. And there is nothing like the Mediterranean diet, right? 🙂

Ingredients to make cherry tomato skewers, cheese and basil:
1 cherry tomato bag
1 package of mozzarella balls little
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost, without cooking

Ingredients to make cherry tomato skewers, cheese and basil:

1. First, to make these tomato cherry and mozzarella skewers we wash the tomatoes and cut them in halves.

2. We wash the basil leaves and dry them well with cooking paper.





3. To mount the skewers we will need some sticks like the skewers but somewhat shorter. We click on a half of tomato. Then add a piece or a whole basil of basil, depending on the size. Then a mozzarella ball. We will end with another basil leaflet and another half of tomato.





4. Before serving cherry and cheese tomato skewers, we can add a splash of olive oil. As you like more. And if we add a vinaigrette we will get perfect skewers. As you see, these cherry tomato skewers, cheese and basil are made in a periquete and cannot be richer. Ideal even appetizer of ten!
