2 puff pastry
4 slices of cecina
250 grams of caramelized peppers
1 rulo of goat cheese

Ingredients to make cecina and goat cheese empanada:

1. To make the cecina and goat cheese empanada, the puff pastry mass is prepared or bought already made, as we do better. In any case, a puff pastry sheet is taken and extends on the work table.

2. To fill the empanada, on the dough we extend the 250 grams of caramelized peppers and the sliced goat cheese. On them, we place four or five well -distributed cecina slices, which cover cheese and peppers.



Trick: We preheat the oven to 180ºC.

3. We cover the filling of peppers and cecina with another sheet of puff pastry and close the empanada sealing the edges with the hands or a fork, then, we paint all the empanada with beaten egg to give a touch of brightness.

4. Bake the cecina and goat cheese empanada for 20 minutes, or until we see that it is golden. We remove it, let it cool and serve it.
