Tacos are one of the most representative dishes of Mexican cuisine. It is a corn or wheat flour tortilla stuffed with virtually anything that we can think of. Today the tacos are known worldwide as a type of fast food, since they are made at the moment and are filled with simple ingredients or rapid preparations. This recipe that I share in recipes is the homemade, simple and vegan version of a recipe that mixes Mexican and American cultures. It is a taco stuffed with the famous vegans of chicken cauliflower in the style Buffalo with a traditional spicy sauce, whose recipe you can find in my recipe profiles. Ingredients to make cauliflower vegan tacos: |
6 wheat tortillas or corn 1 cauliflor 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 teaspoon of garlic powder ½ teaspoon of chili powder 1 cup vegan buffalo sauce 3 lettuce leaves ½ bunch of arugula 1 avocado ½ cucumber ½ bunch of coriander |

Ingredients to make cauliflower vegan tacos:
1. Separate the cauliflower into branches and place it in a bowl to start preparing the filling of vegan tacos of cauliflower.
2. Prepare the vegan sauce buffalo following the recipe published in my recipe profiles.
3. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper and half of the sauce to the cauliflower. Mix well so that cauliflower is impregnated with all these flavors. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and place the cauliflower on top. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and bake the cauliflower for 20 minutes.
4. Heat the rest of the buffalo sauce and when the cauliflower is ready, pass the bowl again and cover it with the remaining sauce. In this way, we will obtain a vegan alternative to the famous chicken wings Buffalo and we can fill the vegan tacos of cauliflower.
5. To mount the vegan tacos first cut the avocado and cucumber into medium pieces. Chopping and coriander chop.
6. Fill in each tortilla with lettuce and arugula, place the avocado and cucumber pieces and several cauliflower bouquets bake. Decorate with coriander and fill the other tortillas.
