Ingredients to make caramelized onions quiche, blue cheese and nuts:
1. We begin to make this blue cheese quiche and nuts peeling and starting the onion in julienne (in strips). We put a splash of olive oil in a large pan and when it is hot we add the onion. 4. We incorporate the peeled nuts (if you want you can shred them slightly with your hands) and we distribute well throughout the mixture. We split the mozzarella in slices and reserve.
5. unroll the broken mass sheet and put it in our mold for quiches. I advise to leave the baking paper that wraps it to make it easier to unmold it. Lets see the mixture of the onion and blue cheese quiche and we have the slices of mozzarella on the surface.
Trick: It is essential that the mixture is cold before pouring it since it could spoil the broken dough.
6. We introduce the caramelized onions quiche, blue cheese and nuts in the preheated oven at 180 ºC and bake until the salted cake is curdled. It will depend a lot on each oven but will range between 25-35 minutes. We allow tempering and we can enjoy!
